Try this one.

Well, there is 2 ways to do this:
1. Special AMX plug-in
say !t text - red/blue (Т/CT)
say !g text - green
say !w text - yellow (default color)
2.This works only in command chat or if you dead:
You need to put some special symbols before a letter in your word
green 
team 
normal

This symbols my OS didn't see, and they look like squares.
And this way works only if u are host (i didn't check this if i isn't a host)
You need to put this symbols with text in your config.
Something like that say_team HeadShot!
