what does it matter, it only affects windows, just means you have to set cs sensitivity a bit higher.
u r mistaken. Windows sensitivity means a lot too.

yeah and if you put it to 6/11 your ingame sensitivity will feel higher.
3/11 it depends on mouse's dpi...mine is 1800 dpi
