-Fullscreen ?
Hey guys, I was wondering if there is any start up setting to make Counter Strike 1.6 run in Fullscreen, no matter what resolution I have it set to on my desktop settings.
So as my native resolution is 1650x1050 , and I run CS 1.6 in 1240x1024... I always have to go back to desktop and change to 1240x1024... Kinda annoying when you're just playing casually.. shutting CS down & starting CS etc..
I hope you get my point..
Thanks in advance!

normally cs will start in the same resolution as your windows is.

Thanks man, but it only makes a window that i can't extend to maximum screen width :/
I remember a while back when I first tried out CS, there was an option for "fullscreen" but it seems to be gone ?

strange, because I can make it bigger when it's running in window mode (even to fullscreen)
I would try lowering your refresh rate, I'm not sure if your monitor can handle it, and thats why its not going full screen. Just an idea.
hy i'm andrei , for the full screen problem i will sugest you to take the book of your monitor and read it carefully to see which options you have granted by the manufacturer like screen rez, frequncy etc.;the launch option i think you seek is "-full" try it and reply me if that was it:P
This runs Half-Life in full screen mode. "-full"
You should check your refresh rate. Maybe your monitor doesn`t support that resolution on a high refresh rate and maybe that`s the reason why he does that.
