You dont know what highsense is?
Highsense is faster than 15cm/360°

Spawn, zet, fisker all move arround 28-35cm/360°

The highest player is bruno1 with 5.2 which its 22.5cm/360° (720° on the qck+)

What highsense for you is,is mid or mid-highsense.

if you go from low sensitivity (mid 2's or lower) to any of these you'll know its high sense.
