I'm watching the same thing right now in a match for the ESL Extreme Masters... :/ Everybody's doing it... that's why some ppl, like the ESWC, just decided to allow it... seems all the rules against it are useless... it still sux though.

Well... they're just like the ESWC then :) Decided not to fight it cause they can't stop it anyway :) My point was, forbidden or not, still everybody's using it... like labrocis says, sometimes they don't even notice they're doing it.

But the problem is that, you cannot change something that's allowed everywhere els. I mean, the problem with the WCG was that they didn't really tell the people about who they did the "russianjumping" / "Croush Hopping" or what you call it. I think that someone should create a mode that stops the crushing hopping so it's ban. But I think's allready to late for that...

there's an AMX MOD that disable crouch hopping and it's used in some of the bulgarian cs massive servers ... :) so if they want they can do it ... :)

It should be slightly allowed, for example two to three "crouch hops" and then make normal sound would be good if allowed. It's irritating if people use it all the time, hard to predict where they are coming.
Otherwise it's a rule and rules should be followed so maybe some penalty should be given if rules are not followed, such as round loss or something.
It's ridiculous to ban it completely because people will use it anyways.

For me it should be allowed. It's a part of the game, not a bug. It's a part of engine of Half-Life (Quake Series) like bunnyhop.

So why they cry in CB NC?

Thats same as silentrun, and i do it all the time, even i dont realize im doing it because it happens automatically.
