I need help! I know about -noforcemaccel -noforcemparms -noforcemspd, also i know that i have to write them in Steam, My Games, Counter-Strike, Properties and Set lunch options...

But instead of Steam is there any other place where i can write them, and they will work? Because when we play some LAN events there isn't steam application, so i cannot write them. Please tell me if there is other place where i can write them? But they should work!

kinda strange that there is no steam application... how can you play cs without steam? For lan uses there's an offline steam. But as far as i remember you can still put them (using Alleyes or other stuff) after the HL.EXE.

As said, it's also useless still it will first launch steam before launching cs.
