For f0rest and fRoD you can go to their websites(coL doesn't have any website except their website on thecgs.com as a sub domain.They don't have their old demos(CS 1.6) and i think also CS:Source too.So you have to search on some websites like GotFrag or SoGamed.
For f0rest go to fnatic website and download them easily :)
