bad quality of the resolution 640 * 480

Welcome.
My problem is that the resolution of 640 * 480 graphic quality is terrible ...
Almost every game at this res, so I count on the help ...
How can I fix this?
I monitor 19 "75Hz
Nvidia Geforce gts450, 4GB RAM ...

I dont know, i play with 6x4 and my quality is same then you. for 6x4 its good.

 

Well that is it ...
some have normal, good quality ... and I'm a mess ...
help.

 

i play 8x6 i dont like 6x4 :/ bad quality..
