How can i learn the PROPER that duck jump or i dont no the name for it :D but i dont know how to do it proopr its CTRL and Scroll Down and Space scroll up yesss?? but how mani times and how? Or maybe its easier way to do that???

yeahhh THATS WHAT I DO JUST SCROLL DOWN BUT ITS STILL MAKE SOUND AND I HAVE IN MY OPTIONS - KEYBOARD - BY CTRL I HAVE SCROL DOWN , YEAHH BUT I DID THAT VERY LONG TIME JUST RUN AND SCROLL DOWN AND IT MAKES SMALL JUMPS.
