I lagg when i shoot

Does anyone know why i lagg when i shoot?

Got this rates:

25000
cl_cmdrate 101
cl_updaterate 101
cl_rate 9999
ex_interp 0.1

My Inet:
Receiving files: 25.45 Mbit / s
Send Files: 0.34 Mbit / s

 

ex_interp 0.01

 

Cant use 0.01 because i lagg if i use 0.01.

 

scan pc for viruses

try more cl_cmdrate... 1st 110, 120, 130, 140,.. 200
