Some weeks before my cs was working properly, all things were going fine but one day my computer hang and I restarted it after that day my counter strike firing and speed is slow even if I am having chaka in my hand and the other having awp is faster than me. I had reinstalled my game and downloaded the patch as well, it doesn't work so I reinstalled my windows , but same thing is happening...........Need Help!

MY system specifications are as follows:
Processor:Intel Core 2 Duo 1.8 Ghz
Ram:1 GB
Graphic Card:quadro FX1700
