Actually- neither. What I mean is that your sensitivity inside and outside the game should be very identical, if not the same.
Professional players say it is not so important to react quickly if your caught in the back, since your survival chances are pretty slim... More important is accuracy!
Your sensitivity ingame should be between 1,5 and 3.

medium / -noforcemparms -noforcemaccel / Windows 6/11, CS 3 the best :)
