I tried to install new skins to Steam.
This is what I did:

I downloaded skins:
I did extract them to directory: Steam/Skins ->
There is allready few, like Flat - Grey, etc.
in my skins folder there is:
-Public
-Resource
-steam

Then I opened Steam, Settings -> Interface tab and there is the thing where you can choice your steam skins..
And I see there only Default Skins

Im sure there is no like this and I checked it:
Steam/skins/nameofskins/nameofskins/resource
Steam
public

its just steam/skins/nameofskins/resource.......

Whats wrong?
