Low fps w/ Club 3D Radeon HD 5670 (1 GB)? Help appreciated.

The thing is.. I'm having low fps on some maps, some places.
Its a problem I haven't had before, but for some reason its a problem that occured after i reformated my comp.

I got the newest drivers etc.

cl_cmdrate "101"
cl_updaterate "101"
ex_interp "0.01"
ati_npatch "0"
ati_subdiv "0"

Yes that is the correct ATI settings.

One map i noticed in it, and probably the most affected, was in a surf map. I enjoy surfing as well as i enjoy regular cs.
Anyways, it seems that its highly affected by sprites?
I took some screenshots to compare, from the same server and map.

If you can't see what it is, its an small explosion, that resets all the time.

Anyone got a solution to this?

Its AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+.. 3 Ghz.. So more than enough for cs..
And I never had this problem with my old GFX btw.

Install newes catalyst, reinstall CS, default AMD(Ati is now AMD) settings except vsync, why did you bought 5670 it's weak card. You should go for 4850 it's same price rang. Scan yout comp from viruses, download malware bytes etc.

I got 10.10 already, ima try that, i set them all to default and then lowered them to max performance, the reason i bought 5670 was because my old gfx overheated and got fked :/.. And i didn't rly think about that.. I have good firewall, anti virus and anti malware.. But I'll try to scan anyways :)

I think your graphics card its too "overpower" for your cpu. Try to use an "lower" gfx. Example: you will not have 100fps with an Pentium D 2.8 and an HD 5770.
I had an Intel Pentium D 2.8 and an HD4670, I was playing with 100fps, but when I was shooting to 4/5 enemies my fps dropped to 70fps.
Now I have an Intel E7400 with HD4670 and I have always 100fps.

Its still the same shit after reinstalling cs.
Found out its not the explosion itself, but something in the green area, behind some textured wall which is fucking it up.. so its invisible..

Anyways if anyone got a suggestion feel free to post.

i have a hd5770 and when i light the lantern my fps down to 70, 60 .. i have a intel pentium dual 1.60 GHz i think that's it :s
