I've tryed almost everything I also got graphic card nVidia Geforce 9500 GT I download latest drivers install em and still FPS drops from 100-20...

My cooler is fine I've cleaned it
temperature of processor is OK

If anyone knows any solution please tell me!

delete ur cs and ur steam and reinstall them all :D

remove vertical sync from your graphic card settings :)

and cheek temperature of vga card :\ maybe its the problem
