Hi I have big problem with my PC. I cant know how fix it.
Specs:
AMD Athlon X2 5600+ 2,91 Ghz
Kingston Value 2x1GB DDR2 800Mhz
Gigabyte GA-MA-770 ds3 rev 1.0 1066 Mhz (ram)
ATI HD 3870 512 MB GDDR4
CollerMaster 320W PSU
Windows XP HomeEdition OEM SP3

If I spray to enemy its not smooth as I wish. Always dont registred hit as it should.
I have constant 100 fps. But if I shooting its look like I have 40fps.
Loss 0,choke 0 green line on net graph is good. I have no spyware. ping is stable (10-20)
I reformated my HDD but not solved it. (FRESH instal of system).

I think that problem is called recoil:D

Probably unrelated to ur issue but that gfx card should be connected to more than 320W PSU.
