i know what u mean .. it's a bug in HLTV .. when someone change the weapon it's suddenly change at once .. but u can't do that while playing :)

1. hud_fastswitch 1 if u talking about "weapon menu" when u switching it
2. u can download a "hltv weapon models". It looks like when u watching hltv: there are no weapons animation so weapons are switching more quickly visually
