-freq 75
Hi there,
I have a problem, I've just formated my computer, and now, when I set "-freq 75" in the launch options of the game cs is launching in a window.

ps : I've set the resolution to 800x600 in cs and I've a 1920x1080 windows resolution.

you have to use this program http://www.gotfrag.com/portal/files/81/ reforce to set 75hz on your resolution

Still not work bomba6ko, installed screen drivers, restart, and still put my cs in a window when using -freq 75 :/
Just go to your video driver settings and change monitor hz to 75, not only give set launch option -freq 75.
use -freq 74 xa
it means that your monitor can't refresh at 75hz in 800*600, try it on 640*480 ...
It happens to me too with new drivers, I think Nvidia new drivers disable more than 60Hz on most monitors, if they cant do 60Hz on native. I was playing for years on 75Hz and now new drivers dont allow me.
