upgrade your Window 7 for the last version or set Win XP compatibility in CS-icon. Sorry for my bad english :S

But don't problem Cpu, but Windows 7 ! :/

Tell us WHY its such "horrible playing" on Windows 7... Maybe your just bad.. Now u just notice it.

check your rate ... When I Installed win 7 ,I have too problem with cs , but then I check my rate setting....
