How do you handle when you are angry or furios after cw?

This couple of night I played with some WH n00bs on steam, and i got pissed off i could break my pc, or what ever I see. How do you handle with that?!?!

 

It's just a game omg,i don't stress when i play,try 2 tell yourself it's just a game.

 

I tell you one story when i play cs. i live in 5 floor house and when i play with my team cs at night pracc, all enemy team was rushed at b and i scream more than half of city RUSH B HELP and at next morning my neighbourhoods telled me why you scream so loud rush b? they think i screamed it in sleeping :D that was lol. but.. i dont like play with noobs. if i play with noobs i just quit the server.

sometimes i slap my mouse to the keyboard side...and today happened when i did that the "enter" key flied about 4 meters lol...and sometimes i punk my room door
