Blurry CS Chars

Look this awefull cs char so blurry from distance.
NVIDIA Settings.
Anisotropic Filtering 16x
Antialiasing Settings 8xS
Antialiasing Transparency Supersampling
Texture Filtering Negative LOD Bias Clamp
Texture Filtering quality High Quality
Vsync off
Anyone knows how i can fix this blurry shit
When i got default settings it's k but i wanna try those settings.
Alot ppl use these settings and i think im the only one who get them so blurry

it's blurry because the Anisotropic and the Antialiasing is activate and I don't know how can fix it
