refresh rate
It's bad Playing with 75hz of Refresh Rate?
My lcd is not able to get more that 75hz.
If i change the hz to 85hz or 100hz my cs starts windowed lol.

It's bad Playing **CS 1.6** with 75hz of Refresh Rate?
All with ''normal'' LCD's play on 75 Hz, like me ^^
75Hz is the standard maximum for LCD ! Use the LCD on 75Hz, CRT on 100-120Hz, it will be better !
ANJOOOS, your cs windiowed because in your game-icon there is "-freq 75", delete it and play with rate like you want, and its not bad like you think =)

yeh I play 100 fps, but sometimes when im "spraying" to 3/4 enemies, fps go down to 60/70! lol.

nop, ive changed my graphics card 2 weeks ago ASUS ATI X1600 PRO 512mb by POWERCOLOR ATI HD4670 1GB.
The fps, are the same. Probably is the CPU.
