i have a question about sensitivity, i am so used to my current sensitivity winsens:2 , cs sens:1, dpi:3200, mouse x7/x-718bk and i want to ceep the sensitivty quite same as atm because i can play good whit it BUT im not shure if it is possible to gain the exact same sensitivity or almost the same whit deathadder so im asking for advice what to do.. i mean Sensitivity hunting is so freaking annoying, yeah easyer to do it on deathmatch servers but still i dont want to waste my nervs on that :P il get all smashy when i dont like how the sensitivity works

Win sens: 3/11 CS SENS: 2 or less
Or Win sens 4/11 CS SENS: 1 (This is a little bit more faster than the first settings)
The dpi (without drivers) always be 1800, so.. i recommend u that.. i think is gonna be the same sens like you use.

use first your a4tech x7 mouse and do a 180 degree turn in game and measure how far your mouse moved in inches or centimeters or whatever scale you have after you have turned 180, if it measured for example 20 centimeters then find that same measurement when you are using your DA. this all of course makes sense only if mouse acceleration is disabled and provided that you used no force commands. i don't think you can actually calculate the exact sensitivity on paper because you have a completely different mice with completely different sensor and it definitely will "read" your mouse pad differently. when i was still using x7 5 dpi switcher my sensitivity was 2.3 on 1600dpi ( 5.5cm to 180 ) and when i switch to 800dpi, i need sensitivity 4.6 to match the same 5.5cm per 180 degrees.

Do what robeetan said, find how much it takes to do a 180, then adjust with the new mouse until it is similar. If you get it within .2 sensitivity I don't think you'll notice a change.
