And fps is 100 all is ok, but when i see players, they are like lagging, and they movement is not smoth like it's suposed to be, can anyone halp me? :S

I think the problem is not yours, it's the enemys that are using lower rates than yours, i think.

And btw, with ex_interp 0.1 my Ping ( Latency ) was 20-60. Now with ex_interp 0.01, its 40-90, is that normal?! :S

same thing happens to me, some players lag some dont. =/ it might be that they have 16 bits instead of 32

if u have a dsl connection there should be no lags if the server is ok and u have a decent pc.

what exactly is your problem? you just listed settings, we need to know what the problem is in order to tell you what you need to fix.

its just because your enemies/friends, are using low rates.
