Ok so here's the deal do you tnink if you have fps drop to say 100 to 70~ is it better if you go for fps_max 70 so you get a constant fps without drops ? I Mean if i start playing at 100 fps and suddenly go down to 70 spray is gone same goes for tapping but now i played 2-3 scrims with fps_max 72 and it seems quite better i start spraying and my fps doesn't drop so i have no trouble it takes some time to get used to the lower fps but i do like it so what do you think is it better to play with fps_max 101 if you have fps drops or with a max fps which will be constant ?

If that for you is better, play like this :) But better fps is 101 anyway.

I should have FPS Drops ? I'm using forcware 93.71 (if i use older driver i get white lines in games + cannot see movie files)
I'm not running any background proccesses while playing
I do not have viruses/malware (fresh Windows install)
But i still get a very low fps ? I'm play at resolution 8x6 Antialiasing Antristropic Filtering Vertical Sync everything is off Image Quality is @ Performance

Clean up your pc ! And update video drivers !

@Junyors As Far as i know the newest drivers don't affect well on older games + i get white lines there too :D
And my Windows is 2 hours old so can't be because of that if you are talking about physical cleaning i cleaned my PC from dust 2 days ago

i think if you have got a LCD with 75 Hz its better put fps_max 75 and if you have a CRT with 100 Hz its better fps_max 101.

I think you should put up the Dno what its called CTRL + ALT + Delete, then proccess. then u find the HL.exe and put it to realtime and take away 1 cpu. works for me when i got fps drops.
