How can I do this?
How can I set up those two black bars on the left and right side of the monitor, so it looks like a normal screen (not widescreen)..
I have a nvidia graphic card if it helps..

Go to your NVIDIA Control Panel.
Go to Display -> Change flat panel scaling
Select "Use NVIDIA scaling with fixed-aspect ratio"

That's a graphic card option. Go to your nvidia control panel or ATI Catalyst and choose it.
Go to nvidia control panel > manage custom resolutions > create
when the window pops up type 640 in horizontal and 480 in vertical and 75 in gdi refresh rate
now click advanced and instead of DMT choose manual.
then type in 768 in horizontal total.
now you can use nvidia scaling..
