Hey What do these 3 commands?

gl_max_size
hpk_maxsize
cl_dlmax

gl_msx_size - limiting the maximum size of the texture, the smaller the value, the more those blurry textures (256 or 512)
hpk_maxsize - maximum size .hpk files (0 or 4)
cl_dlmax - this command is responsible for the speed of downloading logos and decals (128 better)
