weird mouse movement
Okay, so I decided to start playing Counter Strike again. I installed the game and I remember having this weird kind of mouse movement once before. When I use my mouse it seems as if it's gliding (in game) really smooth and I don't like this at all, it messes up my aiming a lot. I turned off everything in the mouse options except the use mouse to move (I think thats what it's called)
I have a Razer Death adder at 450 dpi, 1000hz polling rate, X and Y axis are both at 10, winpointer is at 5, acceleration is at 1, on-the-fly sensitivity is on
What could be causing this problem?

ofc its because of the low 450 dpi...
try new settings man :)

use 1800 DPI 500HZ, 1000HZ isn't allowed if you are about to play serious.

the problem with this, I don't like using the high dpi, I don't like how fast the mouse moves
the problem is that u have in the options at cs at mouse i says "mouse filter" and that smouth movement it shoud be x in that box and try dl cpl mouse fix just tipe in the google and add it to the registy.......sry for my bad english

listen,cpl mouse fix and mouse filtering are helping when the windows makes his bug,and thats when the mouse starts to accelerate....:Dsry for my bad english
I'm reinstalling CS right now, and I downloaded the CPL mouse fix,and registered it or w/e. I'll let you know if this fixes the problem, and rebooting will not help, that won't do anything....
I installed the CPL mouse fix, and put it to 1800 dpi @ 500hz and it didn't help.
