Hi Who Can Help Me to put on the Refresh rate on my intelli thnak

hi guys,
i am just so confused about this,please help......:D
i am playing online with these rates cl_updarate 100,cl_cmdrate 100,rate 25000 so i want to change cl_up.. and cl_cmd.. rates...
when i change a cl_cmdrate to 101 it start to laggggggggg and badly....please help how to fix that??

I guess that your 1mb connection can't handle to send 100 packets per second.

/disagree. I have a 1mb connection and I can play cs with 100fps, and 101 cmd and updt, works just fine for me!
