What happens when you put -freq 100 in launch options on me PC

well i did that but what hapend is on 800x600 it said OUT OF RAGE a little massage poping
but if i set it to freq 75 nothing happens it just works like its supossed to but if i set it to 100 it's like a small window

its says 19inche TFT LCD monitor.. i was like wtf! :D
so u have TFT (LCD) .. type -freq 75 or 85 ( it depends on monitor and res) .. and it is maxumum u can do.. everybody play so! bye~
