How can stupid noob go pro? Play more? Play hard? Join championships? I want to know your opinion!

Try to play the most time in teams, or play some ESL Gather

It's important that you proof your aim in 5n5 games..

Ogh! its not i! Just ask 4 fuN! But i'll answer i play everyday on Deathmatch servers and train my aim, press reacrions! However, i have my team MTK. = Motivate To Kill but we cant found any leagues in Internet... Also i was played more than 100 Clan Wars in my previous teams - x7, Simpsons,MTK (2007), S'n'K (Shot'n'Kill)
So i dont think that i am noob :)
But i want to play team which is more stronger and play LAN cups 5x5 , not Internet with high ping (more that 100)
Ogh...Ukraine is a full of stupidity and Ukraine doesn't have normal teams for amateur players... :(
