Hey, I'd like to ask you if someone ever had a similiar problem like me, here's a screenshot. The problem is that I get "latency spikes",f/e I mean the ping goes from 20 to 250 and the game is frozen for a second. I formated, reinstalled cs/steam.. everything. I'd appreciate if someone could help me.
