Well no problem, mym cs squad needs to drop 1 player (Neo for instance) and add Grubby, so they could get some space on front page.

Not every organisations is trying to get a big community.
Yes it has many advantages when having a big community, but maybe they're just focussing more on their game teams.
Building up a community costs money to right :D
