Small dyn 0 = Good for long distance 1 bullet shots and 1-3 bullet bursts
Large dyn 0-1 = Very good for spraying small/medium distance, Hard at long distance
Medium dyn 0= good at long,medium,small distance, with dyn 1, probably best for spraying

I spray the best with 640/large/0 or 800/large/0 !

Too bad i bought a 22" screen so i have to play with that 1156/large/0 and i dont hit anything in my sprays nowadays. :) 640 and 800 are just way too blurry for this screen!
