1920*1200...i have an lcd of 24" and can't play on lower rezolution...but it feel's better on it :D
640x480 at 19" crt. I would like to play at 800x600, but it feels so wierd:P

800x600 since the Crosshair gets smaller and i play better with it.
1248 x 1024 because my computer can run it at full fps and because it looks better and I play better with it.
Also because that's how i've played 90% of the time (I tried smaller resses just to compare for a bit).
Plus, helps me sleep at night.
