I hope the players gets the most of it.

From the teams i've played with, its been a thing that you decide when you sign for a team, its been from 0%-30% to the organization in my experiences.
You've gotta realize that the organizations doesnt make their money this way, they use the team for PR, getting the names of their sponsors out, and by that making their money.
