I deleted a demo,and now i need to upload that demo for one league.
If i dont upload it its dw (0:16). :(

I need some program or some tutorial how to recover deleted demo.
I deleted it on 31.01.2009.

Yes,i deleted it on Shift+Del.
Tryed system restore,but nothing.
Tryed some undelete programs,but they cant restore .dem files :(

There is one way,but i cant do that.
Here we have a company,i dont know the name.They are working on restore a deleted files on Windows,Linux,Unix and things like that,but i cant take comp. to service for just one .dem file.
