good internet connection, I've 8mbit cabble with 30 ping, but I'm sure if I put optical fiber I will low.

If your connection isn't medieval then use 100, 100, 25000, 0.01 all the time.

I got 15-40 ping at publics with 25000, 101 101, ex_interp 0.01 :S
