When I started to play my aim sux so I ducked and started to spray like crazy :D
Now my aim is good so I don't need to duck.If you duck you are easy target,better move and burst :) or close range spray :)

For most situations I stand and shoot then crouch a split second later. Some bullshit maybe happen and you could get awped in the leg or if they were aiming for the head you just ducked a bullet. And actually crouching makes you harder to hit because you're a smaller target. I'd only move/strafe if it was long distance
