practice, watch demos of pros playing your spot, see how the other team plays your spot when youre T side.

practice alot with different people not only ur team (gets u rdy to face different types of situations) watching vids helps me alot too, shows me good spots, and ways to defend it. try to get rdy for anything and learn how to handle it (goes back to practice, so basic idea is to practice alot =D

Trying to play as much pcw's I just can. It's much better, than public beacause then you learn tactics and you getting more skilled at all things.

I'm palying in a clan that is playing serioursly with training times and all. We have a particullar training everyday between 18-20. Under or after the training it's time to hit the IRC for some pcw. I'm playing around 8 hrs a day including the training.
