Well since I'm quite bored I decided to come here and make a question that comes to the mind of every player every day when playing agains each other.

When did you guys playing Counter-Strike exactly?
How did you knew about Counter-Strike and what was your opinion about it back then?

as for me:

Well, in 1998 I was playing Half Life already and damn how I still love this game :D, at 1999 my brother found on some forum/website talking about a 3rd party MOD of HL and he downloaded and instaled the 1st beta release of Counter-Strike on the pc, back then I was like: "This is a pretty nice game for a MOD"
As for now, I'm still playing this wonderfull game :$, thank you counter-strike team & Valve.

2003 i saw a short vid of top10 frags... i think it was cpl, but i dont know it yet...
2004 I start to play it on LAN
2006 I start to play it on LINE :D

I started this year but been interested in the game since last year. Used to play half life, sadly not so much now (work+school= not much time). So, couple of friends asked me to go play with them cs and i went played for a lil on lan, got owned :S, but loved the game so i got the game, now play it every chance i get =D

Started playing 2002. My cousine installed it and I tryed it once. And from that moment I was addicted :) Had a pause from the game for almost 3 years ago. So for those three years until now it have been alot more serious gaming.

i started palying 2004 on masak servers and i play 5on5 for 2 yars now ;]
