They know another way of changing of rates or mouse????

usbmrs11,some ppl cant use it because anti-virus blocks it, but if it work for u thats good, dont worry no viruses, i just dnt knw why anti-virus blocks it

one is hidusbf : use it for windows Vista, just because usbrate cannot run in Vista :D
