I just formated my windows and installed steam(cs 1.6 and css). First, when i open cs 1.6. i get 99fps, when i open "find servers" and click refresh, the fps drops down to 60 and when i go ingame the fps is like 70 and when more action it gets lower and lower. I tried to change my reso to minimum to max, it doesnt make a difference, the fps still reacts the same way. So where is the problem? I am runnin HP notebook dv6550en with windows xp home. I have the same issue with css

Your notebook is vista competible. not XP compatible. There are no proper drivers for XP. so I suggest to install vista (I know it sucks) Or you can mail HP if there are any xp drivers for you notebook.

I called HP and they really do not supprot xp on this notebook...
So if anyone can find me some good drivers for my graphic card, that can actually run cs, let me know.

you have a bad graphic-card... thats a onboard card, not good!
