Need Help on Ikari optical
I've just bought a brand new Ikari optical from USA, I live in Viet Nam on september. After 2 days, the mouse doesnt work anymore. When I plug my mouse to the computer, there is a NOTICE that the window cannot recognize the new hardware so that they cannot run.
The problem is I dont know how to get my mouse's warranty ? I even fill the form from steelseries website but there is no reply from them.
what should I do to get my mouse's warranty ?? please help me !
