i believe you can watch on hltv, at least what fragbite.com says, or check out hltv.org :)) if you looking for a stream i can't help you :((

There will not be HLTV according to HLTV.org. I think organizers of WEM have had this policy in their every event. But maybe there's a stream, wc3 matches had atleast one and summer's eStars event had one (same organization i think).
