Tips to improve aim?
Deathmatch headshot only..
Deathmatch only, very good aim training.
play with bots ( sys_ticrate 10000; sv_maxrate 25000; sv_updaterate 101 )
and view demo :) demo is one of the best thing to get skills :) (2-4 per day)
dont play a lot in csdm max 300 frags its ok :")
dont forget to play sometimes into pub servers
the last thing is take timeout in game sesion and try to be in the forest or somethere outside :)

1k per day and on spring you will be pro ;)

CSDM is the best option for improving your aim. Aimmaps are shit 'cause u have no armor and everytime someone hits you your aim gets messed up. You also need smooth movement to be a good aimer, dont forget your left hand..
this is a question that's hard to tell I mean everybody learned his aim on another way.
As first I would say don't play bots unlike you like to check every corner of the map might be a good training but pretty annoying.
much people say to you don't play public they are right because in public you lose skill. you lose skill because mostly at public people will rush with eachother if they do so you might change your style and lose your aim a bit.
Dm is good because here the chance is little people walk with eachother and you have all the time to learn different aiming plus you know how players moving bunnyhoppers russian walkers so you got used to them and know how to get them down.
Try to look to demos to know good places where to stand learn wallbangs learn teamplay etc. demos are important try to get in a clan and make tactics cover and take over places.
This will make you in less than a year a good player iam sure :).

q3 , DM.. and esp i like to : create de_any (my fav d2/nuke), set 10-15-20 bots on another side( ct-t), then set " bot_knives_only 1" and go go go.. :.: If u play for T-side plant the bomb and wait =) HF^^
