How do you think, what is et Esport. It's kind of hobby or it's like a work?

I think it`s hobby. Everybody likes to play CS :)

if you are getting a salary that you can live on - it can be your job or something;
i think that every normal _team_ can find a sponsor, its not a problem nowadays;
and if you just like playing cs, going on some LANs and meeting some friends there, then its definitely a hobby imo.
