hi i was wondering what program`s do you use to speed up your computer and do these programs make your cs run smoother because my pc is pretty bad atm and i get sorta wierd recoil lagg when i shoot so i was just wondering if u have any speed-up pc programs link me please

one reason for "sorta weird recoil lagg" could be antivirus like Norton or something
