But my recoil, OH CRAP, is very baaaad. For editing recoil i need to change only cmdrate & updaterate? Or smthin else? When i put cl_lw & cl_lc to 0, all is ok, but somethin wrong with bullet precision.

It's because you most likely have shit internet, ring your isp and tell them to test your line. Other than that lower your rates to 15k 60 60 or something.

maybe u have some firewalls whcih lower ur connections?
do u use wlan or cable?
ur settings look really well so this are the only things that i can think about that they make ur recoil so bad...
have u used net_graph and looked for choke and loss?

i have cable connection. Choke & loss are 0. Firewall is off, + i have no antiviruss system.

yes, vsync is switched off. fps 99-100.

deinstall steam?
and then install new...

fps affect recoil alot, i personally use 25k 101 101 , and i got no problem if im playing with regular ping 15-30..
