cheap but very good mouses are: microsoft intellimouse explorer 1.1 or 3.0
more expensive but probably the best mouse around: razer DeathAdder

Mx518 is good but Razer Death Adder is good too =). Sennheiser PC161 is my favourite headset :P

I want to ask some advice with 4H and 5Hv2. Is there any difference between those two? Is it worth to pay +50$ for 5Hv2?

Creative Aurvana Live>Creative Fatal1ty> 5h v2 USB(or without sound card). SS headsets are sucks! CAL - cheap,light and has very good sound quality
What about mouse...I'm using Razer Death Adder.Mouse is good,not the best but for me is definitely better than IE 3.0

For the headset i think that fatality is one of the best you can find. About the mouse, i used a lot of different ones (mx518, G3, G5, diamondback, deathadder, copperhead, steel optical, ...) and my choice go to the razer copperhead, that mouse rocks! But all is about your feelings while having it in your hand...
